Alerio C103 is a ground level condo within steps of the Emerald Coast. The unit is a simple 3 minute walk to the white sand beach where your 2 INCLUDED chairs and umbrella await right next to the crystal clear water.

From your spot on the sand, you can easily walk to 3 delicious beach front restaurants/bars, a variety of water sport activities, and the new Miramar Beach restrooms. Tropical landscaping and a small stretch of grass separates your back patio from the beach access and the popular walking/bike path. The bbq grills, hot tub, pool and designated parking space are conveniently located right outside your front door. Climbing stairs or waiting on elevators is never an issue with this condo. If comfort and convenience is important, then this is definitely the place for you!

Inside this clean unit you will find 10 foot high ceilings, hardwood floors, beautiful coastal furnishings and free wifi.

The kitchen and living room is an open concept with plenty of comfortable seating for all your guests to gather when lounging or eating. The kitchen area has granite countertops, stainless appliances and is fully stocked with all the equipment you would need for frosty drinks on the beach or cooking dinner at home.

The living area includes a large flat screen hdtv, two cozy armchairs and a couch with a pullout queen sofa bed. Your king size primary suite is connected to a large bathroom with a double vanity, separate tub, shower and water closet.

The two additional rooms-which share the second bathroom- include a queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed. Each room is equipped with its own ceiling fan and flat screen tv.

At this newly constructed (2017) gated community, you won’t even need your car. Alerio C103 is located within a mile of the Silver Sands shopping mall, numerous sit down or fast food restaurants, Skippers fresh seafood market and steam bar, Winn Dixie grocery store, CVS pharmacy and so much more.

In addition, with a few minutes’ drive, you can access boat rentals, golf courses, dolphin cruises, go carts, laser tag, water parks, airports and fishing charters just to name a few.

So Close to the Beach!

Overall it was a nice place. Bunk bed were enjoyed by the kids. Bedrooms were large and nicely decorated. Bathrooms nice size. Room on the first floor, with back door leading to minimal steps to the beach. Walking to shops, coffee was great. Kitchen floor needed to be moped, as noted when water was wiped up. The vacuum was put to good use cleaning sand up going back and forth to the beach. A couple of extra blankets would be helpful. Overall, nice and convenient condo. Would rent again.

The condo was very nice. Its close to the beach, all you have to do is walk across the street. It has enough space for everyone and very nicely decorated. The only downside is only having one parking pass. You have to pay 25.00 a day for an extra parking pass thats a quarter of a mile away from the condo.

Loved our stay!!!! The condo was very clean. Had everything we needed. Loved it being on the main floor. Parked right in front of the condo. A very short walk to the beach. You have the pool and hot tub right at your fingertips. So many restaurants and stores you could walk to or drive to. Definitely 10 out of 10 stay. Miramar is now the only beach we will visit and this is the only condo we will stay in.

Gorgeous Condo and perfect location

The condo is absolutely beautiful. We traveled for a Mother’s Day Trip with my best friend, my daughter and her roommate. The first level entrance is fantastic! No elevator wait or stairs to drag all of our suitcases in and out!!! Just pull into your space and you are there! The condo is spotless and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need for your stay. The location in Destin is perfect, near everything for dining and shopping ! And the walk to the most beautiful beach is literal steps! I can’t wait to book again!!

Great 1st floor condo, had plenty of room for my family of 4. The owner is very easy to communicate with. There is one designated parking space per condo. The public beach access is just steps away. The beach umbrellas and chair set up that is included with the booking was great and one less thing to think about. You definitely need a tent or umbrella for days at the beach! Great area if you need to get groceries or gas, it is a lot less crowded than areas closer to the Harbor.

We didn’t like 1 car parking(we had to pay extra $180). Under the beds is very dusty and we found socks boxes… Washer was ok but the dryer takes forever to dry. Oven was not cleaned. Overall was good!

Beautiful, relaxing condo with a two-minute walk to the beach. Perfect!!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had everything we needed, from chairs and a beach cooler to essentials for cooking a family meal in, to games and puzzles for the kids to enjoy. The beds were super comfy as well. The beach is just a hop, skip and jump away which made it easy for a quick trip back to the condo for lunch when we were at the beach for the day. There is a pool and hot tub within walking distance of the condo’s front door as well. The beach is AMAZING, and the water is so beautiful. I see why they call this the Emerald Coast now. There is a Winn Dixie right around the corner and a few restaurants within walking distance, and even one of those big touristy shopping stores with t-shirts and goodies. Technically you could Uber to this condo and have everything you need around you for the stay. The condo is in a gated community and there is security as well. All around, this is a great place to stay and perfect for a few couples to get away or for a family. We will definitely be going back!

This condo is absolutely fantastic. It was the perfect layout and size for my group of 2 adults and 4 teens. Plenty of room. Beds were very comfortable. The place was decorated so nicely and was insanely clean. The fact that is on the ground floor is a plus for sure. It is literally steps from the beach too! The chairs/umbrella setup was so appreciated, absolutely essential during our stay with temps nearing 100 degrees each day. Close to several wonderful restaurants and the outlet mall, lots within walking distance for sure, or a very short drive if you’re not feeling like a walk! The property owner/manager was absolutely wonderful with communication with us ask well. This property gets a 10/10 from me, I’d 100% stay here again!
