Spectacular water views from living room, dining room, kitchen, deck and outdoor eating area. Peaceful garden and sitting areas. Private beach down the dune steps from the house. Walking/bicycling distance to Main Street and marina shops and restaurants. Walking distance to pier/marina, public tennis courts, and recreational field and skateboard park. Eight minute drive to four town Atlantic Ocean and Cape Cod Bay beaches and three fresh water ponds.
