The most fun stay in Tampa Bay. Studio style home located in North Hyde Park area. Open floor plan, super quiet. Private entrance, large yard and soothing environment. Sleeping area provides one queen size bed, with memory foam mattress and extremely comfy sheets. (Not polyester fabrics)!. Private entrance, private parking, private yard. Little oasis in the heart of the city of Tampa Bay. Bathroom is equipped with amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, full length mirror and basic toiletries. I am extremely clean so all will be completely sanitized. Washer and dryer also inside the studio for your convenience. Dining area has a table for 2. Kitchen provides stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker Keurig, dishwasher, freezer, refrigerator and all cookware. This place is really fabulous and private. This gem of location provides Easy access to: downtown, University of Tampa, Soho district, armature works, Amalie arena, Convention center, Riverwalk, Raymond James, Sparkman wharf, midtown, Busch Gardens, international mall, Tampa international airport, and major highways that lead to beaches such as Clearwater beach and St Pete Beach. Stay at the Little House

Working nightshift at the hospital so it was peaceful sleeping. The owner had great communication with me during my stay. Cute studio apartment.

Great place to stay

The property was great. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Everything was within 5 minutes. Place was nice and clean. Very private as well. Me and my wife enjoyed our time here, and plan on booking again in the future.

Lovely Studio in Tampa

Excellent proximity to everything: restaurants, shopping, bridges. Lily takes pride in her property! She replies to messages right away. Studio has everything you need. Some issues with insects, but nothing overwhelming. It’s Florida, Cozy yard, good shower, good kitchen. Thank you, Lily!

Great Stay-cation Home!

This house was wonderful! It was perfect for mine and my husband’s anniversary weekend. The house was clean, comfortable, and so incredibly cute. I would definitely come back in the future.
