Brand new house located on the edge of the forest with immediate access to the Portuais beach (5 minutes walk).

Bright, pleasant and spacious accommodation.

Terrace with table and barbecue. Private carport to park the car. Baby equipment available.

Ideal location will delight families.
Quiet area 1.3 km from the city center

New house recently released, the garden is still improving.

Next to the customs officers' path which is also the GR 34, you have there the Guen beach, the Portuais beach, the Lourtuais beach, the Cap d'Erquy, and not far the blue lake and hikes to the moors.

Dieses Ferienhaus hat eine absolut phantastische Lage.Ein kurzer Weg durch den angrenzenden Wald und man befindet sich am wunderschönen Portuais Strand.Zudem befinden sich Wanderwege direkt vor dem Haus.Das Haus selbst ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht und hat eine wunderschöne Terrasse.Für Kinder ist das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt Spielzeug in Hülle und Fülle. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin Nadine war super. Wir haben unsere Check-in Zeit ein paarmal geändert und sie war äußerst zuvorkommend und flexibel.Wir konnten uns sehr gut verständigen.Da wir nur sehr wenig französisch sprechen hat sie ihre Tochter, die englisch spricht, per Videocall kontaktiert und wir haben alle Informationen bekommen und konnten Fragen stellen.Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub hier verbracht und sagen merci Nadine!

La maison est idéalement située dans un quartier très tranquille à 5 minutes de la plage à pied. Elle est lumineuse, spacieuse, joliment décorée et très fonctionnelle, avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Nous avons vraiment apprécié l'accueil, la gentillesse et le dévouement de Nadine qui nous a fait nous sentir comme chez nous. Les enfants ont aussi beaucoup apprécié la chambre avec lits séparés et les petits attentions adorables de Nadine à notre arrivée. La villa est également très bien située pour faire de magnifiques randonnées et les 2 restaurants à 5 minutes de marche sont vraiment top !Une très belle découverte et toujours un plaisir de séjourner dans cette belle région de Bretagne !Merci Nadine pour cette jolie parenthèse !

Das Haus hat alles Notwendige. Die Einrichtung ist zu 100 % von IKEA, was sich bemerkbar macht, z. B. die Küchenmesser geben schon nach, wenn man die leckere bretonische Butter abschneiden will oder auch nur eine Melone herrichten will. Die Topfböden sind so dünn, dass unweigerlich viele Lebensmittel ansetzen.Nadine war immer erreichbar und hilfreich. Würde ich nochmals dieses Haus buchen? Nur wenn es keine Alternative gäbe.

Bonjour Je suis désolée que vous n’ayez pas été satisfait sur les couteaux et casseroles dont on ne m’a jamais fait état précédemment. Je vais revoir cela . Quant au mobilier hormis les commodes des chambres qui proviennent de Ikea pour leur solidité. La literie et le reste du mobilier dont le canapé egalement a ete achete dans une boutique de meubles a St Alban a 10 kms d’Erquy . Je suis desolee et un peu triste que cela vous est laisse cette impression. Cordialement Nadine

De superbes vacances dans un endroit magnifique

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans cette maison confortable très près de la mer. La maison est non seulement parfaitement équipée, mais aussi aménagée avec amour et entretenue avec soin.Nadine nous a accueillis chaleureusement, nous a donnés de précieux conseils pour les excursions et les randonnées et elle a répondu à tous nos souhaits - merci beaucoup !Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Nadine nous a gentiment accueilli pour que l'on profite de la plage pour un week end. Logement très propre et on y trouve tout ce que l'on peut demander vaisselle, jeux, serviettes, draps etc..

Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, komfortabel und vollständig ausgestattet, es fehlt nichts. Nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, vielen Dank für die Aufmerksamkeiten! Ein 10-Minuten-Spaziergang führt zum Strand, in 15 Minuten erreicht man das Ortszentrum mit Geschäften und Restaurant. Wir haben eine schöne Zeit verbracht und würden auch gerne wiederkommen.

Séjour tip top

Maison hyper bien située au calme tres proche des chemins de randonnées, des plages et du centre d'Erquy. La region est aussi bien propice aux visites. Nous avons bien profité de tout ça et de la belle maison tout confort. Nous avons bien apprécié les petites attentions gustatives et le super livret d'accueil. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Vos petites notes positives de suggestions sont bien pertinentes et auxquels nous n’aurions pas pensés ( porte manteaux extérieurs cirés ) et les mettons en pratiques !
