Don't hesitate to discover this charming Breton house nestled in the heart of the lovely resort town of Erquy.
You'll appreciate its proximity to all amenities (shops, bars, restaurants, boutiques, the Saturday morning market, summer attractions, etc.), as well as the beautiful beach in Bourg d'Erquy (less than 300m).
The west-facing terrace offers an ideal spot to enjoy the mild Breton climate this summer.
This house offers:
On the ground floor:
- A large, bright living room with a lounge area (sofa, TV) and a dining table for 6 people;
- A fully equipped kitchen with: sink, 4-burner induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, and electric mixer;
- A shower room with a walk-in shower, washbasin, and mirror;
- A separate WC.
On the 1st floor:
- A sleeping area on the landing with a sofa bed (140x190cm);
- A bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160x200cm);
- A second bedroom with a standard double bed (140x190cm);
- A bathroom with a shower cubicle, sink, and toilet;
- Included: bed linen, household linen (towels and tea towels)
- Wi-Fi access (subject to 5G coverage)
