New, independent, air-conditioned house with its secure private swimming pool at the end of a cul-de-sac.
- Large, bright living room with fully equipped kitchen and sitting area with large corner sofa
- 2 bedrooms / 3 beds (160x200cm / 80x200 / 80x200 possibility of joining the two single beds to make a 160 cm bed) Possibility of adding an extra bed (on request)
- 1 bathroom (walk-in shower)
- Separate toilet
- Covered terrace facing South-East with dining area and relaxation area
- Fully secure private swimming pool, exclusively reserved for holidaymakers of the gîte (sun cream not allowed) / deckchairs
- Private access and parking
Equipment: Oven, microwave oven, induction hob, extractor, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, food processor; coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, washing machine, hairdryer, Smart TV, Fibre internet box.

Het onthaal met de eigenaars was vlot, we kregen uitleg over het huisje en de omgeving. Het huisje is goed uitgerust, alle basisproducten zijn aanwezig.
