Terrible location at the end of St. Charles. The porch has the view of the alley. If you just need a place to sleep this is fine but I would not recommend it for anyone wanting to actually spend time in the loft. The lighting is terrible, there is one TV in the living room and a couch that sits 3 people. It is not cozy or homey at all. In fact we ending up not even spending the night because there was nothing to do there. WAY overpriced for what it is. I would recommend staying in a hotel. Terrible value.

What you forgot to mention is that you wanted to cancel a few hours before your arrival. I explained that I could not allow a cancellation because I would not be able to re-rent the property on such short notice. Our policy clearly states there are no refunds within 7 days of arrival. If you had not booked it, someone else would have. Instead, you chose to check in and vandalize the property. You soiled all the bedsheets, left dirty tissues all over the bathrooms, left a negative review, and then canceled the reservation. As if your vendetta were not enough, you also opened a dispute with your credit card company against VRBO. All of this occurred simply because you changed your mind and wanted to cancel at the last minute.

This loft was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The beds were comfortable. Enough space in the loft to sit and spread out. Fans everywhere except the master. Kitchen and bathrooms were supplied well. A full-length mirror in the closet. Host was very accessible. We enjoyed the coffee shop around the corner. One designated parking spot right beside the stairs going up to the door, so we did not have to search for parking. Loft was pretty quiet.

Great location, updated decor, spacious clean interior, easy parking (& entry around back of building), responsive host, nice to have coffee and pasty shop downstairs but it's not noisy. Very comfortable...even has a small view of the river. Wish we could stay longer!!!

The location is ideal and it's very cute and comfortable. The kitchen is a very nice size and the entire house was immaculate. It was super easy to get to and parking was right to the door. The host Gloria was excellent answering each and every one of my questions almost immediately after I sent them. We do plan on coming back again. Thank you for sharing with us.
