Clean & Comfy Casita with Super Fast WiFi, A/C, Private Patio and Parking.

Welcome to our casita! The entire unit was remodeled to create an open and unique space for friends and family to enjoy Santa Fe.
Easy access to Ski Resort!
1 bedroom with quality bedding and linen. Open plan living area and full kitchen. Art from around the world and loads of great books to read. Off road parking.
Within walking distance of downtown Santa Fe.

• Super Fast WiFi
• New Air Con mini splits
• Extremely safe area
• 18” Adobe walls and vaulted ceilings
• Washer/Dryer
• Heated floors

Parking space for 1 car, small or large.
There are 3 steps up to the bedroom and the bed is Japanese style, low on the floor.
Also 1 small step into the bathroom. No handrails.
Just FYI in case you have trouble with such things. Not suitable for the mobility challenged and the infirm.

The space:
Pet friendly! Fully enclosed fenced yard. Also a short hop from the famous 135-acre, Frank Ortiz Dog Park.

Let us know what type/size of pet you are bringing, and add on the pet fee of $40 per stay for one pet.

You can walk to the Alto park for the river walk, which is great to run along.
Working from home? We have a work station for you.

Guest access:
You will have the whole house to yourself. You are also able to check yourself in using our lockbox. Total security and privacy!

TV is 50inch with a free TV channel. No cable. Netflix not provided, bring own account details.

Other things to note:

Not suitable for the mobility challenged. Internal steps and no grab bars.

Home is located on the on the historic El Camino Real, a trade route from Mexico to the San Juan Pueblo. Even though it only has 2-way traffic it can be bustling and noisy. Once you enter into the inner enclave of the walled yard and home you will be much less aware of any outside noise. 18 inch adobe walls! We can provide a white noise machine for the very sensitive.

For long term renters the unit will be cleaned every 2 weeks by our cleaners and paid directly by the guests. Its $90 for 2.5 hours.

Loved this place. Exactly what I was looking for on a short business trip to Santa Fe. Very clean, bright, modern, simple. Nice space to work and relax, bed was very comfortable, and everything smelled good from the house to the towels to the bedsheets. Dog enjoyed it too! The host was warm, welcoming and responsive. The casita is in a great location, close to everything including a huge dog park and river trails. But we could also walk to the railyard and to the plaza. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed comfortable and all very nicely decorated. A great stay overall!!

We were locals looking for a place to stay while our home was being renovated. It was great to be able to have our dog with us, with a fenced yard. It was also nice to have access to a washer and dryer, coffeemaker, and microwave. John worked with us so we could park two cars, which was much appreciated. He was attentive and easy to deal with. This is a very clean property, bed was comfortable, great to have a washer and dryer!For anyone with mobility issues however I would caution as there are stairs to get to bed and back down to bath with no railing and it’s difficult to navigate especially at night. The bed also is very very low to the ground and may be hard to get up and out for some. Lastly the property is on a corner/intersection so traffic noise may be an issue for some when trying to sleep.
