Upstairs, downstairs townhouse; 2 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms (two shower one tub) Sleeps 6.
Purchased April 2021 and fully remodeled after Hurricanes. Back on Market March 24, 2025. This unit is next door to another unit I own (313 VRBO #809819) and a few doors down from 302, (VRBO # 853790), making it a perfect location for large groups or multiple families. The unit has a full size washer and dryer, new everything. The private white sand beaches are only about a 100 yard walk, no crossing streets.
Super clean I don’t use comforters, but instead duvets with duvet covers, just like in hotels so you can be certain your bedding is very very clean. This property is not gulf-front, but it is on the beachside of Midnight Pass, therefore, no crossing streets to get to the beach, just walk the beach access.
I provide a beach cart, beach toys, beach towels, cooler, umbrella and the beach chairs are already at the beach. The complex has a service and your chairs will be put away for you. No need to drag them back.
Look no further, this is the right place for you and your family to have a phenomenal vacation. Only 2 miles from the village. The Trolley and free rides will make easy transport. You don’t need a car on the Key.
Please bring your own toiletries. We do provide hand soap in the bathrooms.

Because I manage my own properties, I often visit the condos to insure everything is in order and I immediately fix anything the guests may notice is broken or breaks during their stay. I also own 302 (VRBO #853790) and 313 (VRBO # 809819, exactly next door) and this unit and those are perfect for group or multiple family getaways because you can be in your own townhome (not big buildings with elevators and lobbies) and every one can be very close by and use the same private beach with the chairs already at the beach for your convenience. The private beach is only about a 100 yard walk to the gate. No crossing streets or having to drive.

So close to beach with out paying beach front prices, new, clean, comfortable. A day at the beach should truly be a day at the beach! This townhouse will allow you and your loved ones a perfect vacation. See reviews at the other 2 properties, and you’ll see I consistently get 5 stars in all my properties.
