Spacious ~ Private Beach~Shuffleboard~Pool

Upstairs, downstairs townhouse; 2 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms (two shower one tub) Sleeps 6.

Purchased April 2021 and fully remodeled after Hurricanes. Back on Market March 24, 2025. This unit is next door to another unit I own (313 VRBO #809819) and a few doors down from 302, (VRBO # 853790), making it a perfect location for large groups or multiple families. The unit has a full size washer and dryer, new everything. The private white sand beaches are only about a 100 yard walk, no crossing streets.

Super clean I don’t use comforters, but instead duvets with duvet covers, just like in hotels so you can be certain your bedding is very very clean. This property is not gulf-front, but it is on the beachside of Midnight Pass, therefore, no crossing streets to get to the beach, just walk the beach access.

I provide a beach cart, beach toys, beach towels, cooler, umbrella and the beach chairs are already at the beach. The complex has a service and your chairs will be put away for you. No need to drag them back.

Look no further, this is the right place for you and your family to have a phenomenal vacation. Only 2 miles from the village. The Trolley and free rides will make easy transport. You don’t need a car on the Key.

Please bring your own toiletries. We do provide hand soap in the bathrooms.

The property was immaculate when we came, which always makes you feel comfortable. The beds and sofa are very comfortable as well- super important! Steps from the beach and minutes drive away from everything you need, this was a great little getaway retreat. Varinia responds quickly and attentively.

Varinia was a great host! Her recommendations were excellent. The location was fabulous. I highly recommend this place. I rent my place in Philly via VRBO and I’m a super host. This place was immaculate. Will definitely stay again and will recommend to family and friends.

It turned out to be ok!

Our house was not ready when we arrived. The cleaners had not come, so we waited a couple hours before we could relax from traveling. The rest of the stay went on without any other problems.

Summer Girls Trip 2023

Our sister/daughter trip to Siesta Key was FANTASTIC!! Varinia went above and beyond to accommodate all of our request and had the best suggestions for us!! Ryan at Suncoast Carts Unlimited hooked us up with an AMAZING 6 person golf cart for our stay (Varinia's suggestion). The condo was in a perfect spot with EASY access to the beach and a quick 5 minute golf cart ride to Siesta Village! We didn't leave the area for our whole trip...it had everything!! The beach (and sand) were fabulous and the ability to grab our beach chairs on the way down to the water was an added plus!! I have never been on a beach vacation where everything was so easy to get set up without much effort!! I will definitely be recommending this place to friends but not before I bring my husband to this EXACT location!! Thanks for the memories Siesta Key and CHEERS to Varinia for a fabulous experience!!

Okay stay- not beach front pool as pictured

Front door never worked with our code so we had to always go around back which isn’t convenient with beach gear. Landlord was good about replacing beach cart as soon as possible when we let her know it broke (mentioned she forgot to replace it after last stay) Regarding cleanliness- (this is more so on cleaning company) but trashes in rooms weren’t emptied from previous people. In master bathroom long dark hair left all over floor from previous tenants too. Master bath shower is too small/narrow to be able to shower in comfortably. Not as advertised with pool location. In pics it appears that pool is by the beach (which is main reason we picked property) but it is back by the busy Main Street. And in listing/pics it states the condo is shown with blue roofs (actually this is covered parking for neighboring resort) which also appears closer to beach but the townhouse is behind them. Not too much further behind but just not exactly as listed. To be fair this is the first time we have stayed in VRBO properties so our expectations were higher. Townhome was good, kitchen is nice.

Great Property near the Siesta Beach

Family had a great time staying at this property. Basically brand new inside after renovations following hurricane. Clean and well appointed. Easy walk to beach. Had a hiccup beyond owner's control that she let us know about in advance so communication was excellent. Communication was also quick as I had a couple of questions and the responses were very timely.We would definitely be wiling to stay at this property in the future!!!

What a lovely townhome. Everything was perfect, each and every detail was attended to. The house is equipped to meet all your needs and is excellent proximity to the beach. Varinia was quick to respond with any question we had., but honestly it was a flawless experience. Hoping to return soon!

Sister’s getaway

The property was super clean and very well appointed. The beach amenities were amazing…. Including Tupperware. My sister an I had amazing lunches on the beach.. never have I rented where Tupperware was available to bring our own lunches to the beach!!The property is conveniently located to so many things! The private beach access is such a plus!!Varinia was very responsive and helpful during our stay. My sister and I will be back!!

Beware Construction!

The townhouse itself is very nice, but we were not forewarned that there would be construction going on on our front porch starting at 8 am every day, even on the weekend. The entire complex is pretty much under construction, so it is very loud and there are construction vehicles and construction workers all around.

Beautiful beach!

We really enjoyed our stay in siesta key. The condo was clean and very well stocked with any extras a person might need like towels, dishwasher tablets, detergent, etc. it was also on the ground floor which was very convenient for unloading and loading the car. I was disappointed that we could not see the ocean from the condo. I thought I had filtered beachfront and oceanfront properties when we booked but maybe I didn’t. It was a very short walk to the beach. I was just hoping to soak in as much of the ocean as I could. We still had a great time and loved our time on the beach.

THE BEST GIRLS TRIP

We rented this property for a 40th birthday trip. The location is close to everything and Varinia has everything in this condo that you would need for the beach! The place was spotless and communication was excellent with the host. We want to come back next year!

The property location was excellent. The condo was clean. I wish it had views of the beach and a more private outdoor space. Some cleaning supplies would have been helpful and we had some trouble with the outlets. Plugs would not always stay in the wall. The condo was decorated really cute, the beds and linens were clean and comfy

I also own 302 (VRBO #853790) and 313 (VRBO # 809819, exactly next door) and this unit and those are perfect for group or multiple family getaways because you can be in your own townhome (not big buildings with elevators and lobbies) and every one can be very close by and use the same private beach with the chairs already at the beach for your convenience. The private beach is only about a 100 yard walk to the gate. No crossing streets or having to drive.

So close to beach with out paying beach front prices, new, clean, comfortable. A day at the beach should truly be a day at the beach!
