This unit was a great place to stay. Our second floor view was incredible. We used the balcony everyday for coffee in the morning and cocktails before dinner. Our check in was easy, we had a small issue with a bath drain but the maintenance man was right on it and fixed it with 15 minutes of our request- I was really impressed! Only word of wisdom for future travels in the pull out sofa is not comfortable and it makes lots of noise when you move.

Very clean condo. Views from living room were amazing. We did not personally use the pool, but it looked lovely. If looking for great proximity to the beach, you might consider this place. We rented 2 units that opened up with a connecting door. It was awkward to walk through one bedroom to get to the main living room, but we made it work. Beds were comfortable which made us all very happy.

Unfortunately, my stay was a very disappointing experience. For over 700 dollars for one night, we checked in at3 PM and had to check out by 10 AM the next morning. The biggest issue was cleanliness. There were roaches inside the property, which is completely unacceptable. We were also charged a cleaning fee, yet we were given multiple instructions to clean the property ourselves before checkout. For the price we paid, I expected a much cleaner and more comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness issues made the stay very unpleasant. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.

Perfect getaway to longboat!

The room the steps from the beach!It was perfect for our large family! The check-in process was very smooth. The room was clean when we arrived. Air quality was good. The rooms have comfy beds and there is plenty of pillows and sheets. There is Wi-Fi that you can connect. We did wish the remote control worked a little bit better on the main TV.There are chairs on the beach with umbrellas which was very convenient for our family. Publix’s is 5 min away by car and 10 min walk. St Armand’s circle is 15 min drive. Our family will stay at this property in the future.
