Crescent Siesta Key is an upscale condo property in the heart of South Siesta Key. It is a 10/10 for walkability! Everything you need is close!

This property is a quiet and secure location. Great for families with young children or grandchildren, and older adults. If you are looking for a place to be loud and party, this is not the place for you! Please tell me a little bit about your group, so I know who will be staying in my unit. There is strict enforcement of maximum occupancy of 6 guests per unit and a 7 night minimum rental period (14 nights in March). Please thoroughly read through the agreement forms.

A spacious, vacation-ready condominium awaits you. My unit has a recently updated, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops, an induction cooktop, Kuering and full coffee pots, and a large pantry, including many spices and oils. It has an open floor plan and very spacious living areas. There is both indoor and outdoor dining areas for family gatherings. There is a view of the gulf from the lanai with your own private gas grill. The bedrooms are large with generous closet space. The back bedroom has 2 queen beds, a walk in closet and an extra large bathroom with dual vanities, a soaker tub, and a walk in shower. The front bedroom has a king bed and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a Toto Washlet. Washer and dryer are in the unit for guest use. Luxury linens, including beach towels, are provided, along with many other amenities for your convenience and enjoyment. The property boasts a fitness room with a large outdoor patio in the same building and a beachside outdoor whirlpool spa. There are two covered parking spaces for this unit.

My unit is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival to ensure a top notch luxury experience for your vacation peace of mind. It is located within walking distance of restaurants, shops, grocery, bike/boat/recreational rentals and much more! There is a TESLA Level 2 charger on property for guest use.

If you are looking for a well kept property that you will want to return to again and again, and never want to leave-give me a try! You will not be disappointed.

The registration fee charged to all rentals at Crescent is to ensure that you will experience an exquisitely maintained property and grounds in a beachfront condominium. A property registration form is required to be completed upon booking.

*UPDATE: The 2nd floor pool is now OPEN!! It has a brand new deck with new furnishings and a bright new look! Both pools are heated to ~85º

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
MAKE SURE GAS FOR GRILL IS TURNED OFF (in cabinet, under grill). Turn outside mini fridge to 1. Sign out of all apps on TVs. Make sure user for Apple TV and YouTubeTV stays on Mary Annette Johnson.
Please wash as much of the used linens as possible before departure, including ALL beach towels that were used. Any used linens that cannot be washed prior to departure should be placed in tub.
Report any stains, spills, tears, breakage, etc to owner via text prior to leaving unit. Send pictures if possible. Stains on linens can be treated with hydrogen peroxide prior to check out
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
This property requires a Registration Form and Rental Agreement. It will be sent via DocUSign shortly after booking. It must be filled out completely.

We have been coming to Siesta Key for over 40 years! We absolutely love it here and hope to spend more time here in the future. We live in Wisconsin, so it is a welcome escape during the winter. It is also a place that is full of life and a beautiful beach. We like to run, bike, swim, hike, paddle-you name it! We know you will love it as much as we do! We like to spend time here and have made it our second home. You will benefit from all the amenities that we keep on hand for ourselves and for our guests. Such as a well stocked kitchen, beach towels, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, etc. Please let us know if we have forgotten anything!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! You cannot beat it. Our property is right on the gulf and across the street from everything else! And yet we are far enough off the street to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere without the noise from the busy-ness across the street! You can walk to everything you need-bars, restaurants, ice cream, coffee shops, gifts shops, boat/bike/kayak/jet ski rentals, grocery and more! And the building manager is extremely friendly and helpful!

My unit has many extras that others do not supply. Such as spices, cooking supplies, private outdoor grill and mini fridge, beach towels, coffee supplies, laundry supplies, toiletries, first aid and more. You will not be disappointed and will want to return again and again!
