New Townhome Galleria Area

Update as of 8/1/2021 home has been renovated to be a full 3 bedrooms instead of 2. Three story home with two full bedrooms and bathrooms on the top floor. The second floor is the kitchen and living room where the sofa contains a hideaway queen bed. The first floor is the newly added bedroom which was a sitting area with a couch and full bathroom that converts into a full size futon. Home is centrally located near the Galleria area putting everything in Houston at a very close distance and short transit time

Neighbors wanted to call the police on this guest for fighting outside and causing disturbances at 5 am! I reached out to warn him and he tried to lie and say he was sleep. Multiple complaints from different neighbors and never had a single complaint before him. He also left with a house key, broke things inside, broke every house rule, and was the dirtiest guest I’ve ever had. He got mad when his deposit was held because of these things and wrote a bad review.

A little misleading

I requested 3bedroom and this property came up, but it's really a 2, it has a sofabed in tv room so maybe that's why they are saying 3. Also in house rules it states noise ordinance, but we experienced noise all night into the morning because of the clubs right behind property. Overall we made it work. Great location for many things.

The overall stay was perfect and the location was everything.. Walking distance to prospect park. Only thing was there was no cable tv and also the appliance was very nasty .. I suggest that you get you better cleaning person .. overall Daniel was really on point with responding to everything I ask of him..
