About this property
Country house located in a small village in the Corrèze region
Country house of 80 m2, completely renovated, not overlooked, 300 m from the center of the village of SADROC. It is located 15 kms from BRIVE LA GAILLARDE, (access by A.20), ideally located to visit our beautiful Corrèze, but also to discover the must-sees of the Dordogne, Lot and Vezère valleys. You will enjoy a large enclosed plot with garden furniture, an outdoor table and private parking. Barbecue facilities are available.
This house consists of:
- three bedrooms (one with a BZ of 140 cm), they are equipped with sanitary facilities and showers,
- a living room with TV and wifi,
- a large kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with small freezer, television )
Guests can enjoy hiking, road biking and mountain biking. A "city park" and a children's play area are located 800 m from the house.Accepted animals.
Very quiet environment.
