Welcome to your shabby chic one bedroom one bath living space. This is truly a beachy cottage style place. Just recently renovated from a lower level area to a cool cozy living space that consists of approx. 1000 square feet of living with a beautiful view of the surrounding channel out to the gulf of mexico. The house upstairs is a separate living area that is also rentable. If you have an extended family or a large group of friends that need separate space the upstairs is a 3bed/2bath home with 2700 sq ft living area. I do not rent to two separate parties. So if you are renting the downstairs I Do Not rent the upstairs!! This way you and your party are the only ones to have use of the lanai and pool area. There is a short notice: Being this is a bottom level renovation, the ceilings are short of 7'. So if you are over 6'3" this place may be too short for your liking. The sliding glass door leads you out to a screened lanai that is as big as the living space. There is table and chairs along with lounging chairs for your convenience. And just steps outside of the lanai is a beautiful pool and spa surrounded by a travertine deck with composite decking down to a private dock for your boat or kayak. (We provide the kayaks, there are local rentals for boats nearby.)
For you water enthusiasts, we have 3 kayaks available for your use. Travel around the canals or out to the gulf for some fishing or just enjoy the water life and many varieties of marine and bird life that you may encounter.
The pool has seating within, so when your taking a dip and want to sit and have your beverage, you can. Relax and listen to the waterfall from the spa into the pool. Ahh...feel the calm. There is a pool heater available for the colder months. Please mention you need the heater so we can turn it on for your arrival. Note: the pool and spa run as one unit and cannot be separated when heating. Please note this feature is a $200.00/week charge.
