The house was clean, set up and ready for us, everything we needed and more. Such a beautiful rental and it truly blessed us to be able to be there as a family as we celebrated my Grandson's wedding. Thank you.

Great Family vacation

We loved our stay in Wilmington! The home had everything one could think of and more to make a memorable family vacation. The grandchildren loved the pool and the adults loved the many areas in the home to sit, visit and catch up with one another. Great host, very attentive and proactive.

We were in Wilmington for Thanksgiving! The house was a great place to gather. The kitchen was equiped with everything to easily make the holiday dinner. The house is conveniently situated near the shopping district which we appreciated for Black Friday. We'd definitely rent again

Love this house, love. But I love the pool more. My family spent 80% of our time in the pool and had a wonderful time. Extended family of 13 were there and we never felt crowded. We had plenty of space for everyone. Will definitely stay here again.

Wedding 23

The house and property were perfect for our stay in Wilmington. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us to spread out and relax inside and out. Quiet neighborhood and proximity to downtown were both a plus. Would definitely stay there again if we find our way back to the area.

This was a great house for an extended family vacation. The 2 master bedrooms upstairs were great. The kids were all downstairs with 1 1/12 baths. The house was super clean, amazing deep pool (9ft at one end) that the big kids enjoyed. Kitchen had great cook wear that was well maintained. The house is 10-15 minutes from practically everywhere in Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. We went to the beach, Riverwalk, Battleship, and spent a ton of time in the pool. Air conditioning is ICE cold, board games and pool table were great, and awesome that beach towels were there for us to use. Marlane was a great communicator, quick to respond with answers to questions. Highly recommend this house for a big family. Fully fenced in yard was perfect for our pup too!!

Thrilled with Fun in the Sun

We were so pleased with the accommodations! Not only did the venue have all the beds, towels, sheets but they also had nice mattress toppers for the pull out beds and cot to make them more comfortable for the teens. We were a large group of family from all over the country in town for a wedding! Wonderful pots, pans and dishes for cooking too! Pool toys, games and the pool table! It’s a great place.

Fun in the Sun property

We were in Wilmington for our sons wedding. This was the perfect house for our family & friends. The house is very spacious & will sleep 16 people. Everyone had a bed. We had a great time and would recommend this rental to anyone needing extra space. Kids loved the pool & there were plenty of games for everyone to enjoy. We would definitely stay here again. Wish we could have stayed longer!!!

End of summer getaway

The house was perfect for us! It has everything you need and then some! I highly recommend this place. It’s in a nice neighborhood, about a 15 min. drive to the beach and not to far from downtown. It’s very cozy and comfortable. We loved all the activities the place has to offer like, swimming in the saltwater pool was amazing, playing the games in the house was really fun too! Being able to grill out is a big plus also, in my book! We give it a big double thumbs up!!!

Beautiful Home

We stayed from Monday to Saturday for a family gathering, and everything about our experience was wonderful. Marlene went above and beyond—she stayed in touch with us throughout our entire stay and made sure we felt completely at home. The house itself was beautiful and incredibly spacious, with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was huge and perfect for family meals. Our whole family absolutely loved it! The pool table was a favorite, and the outdoor pool was just what we needed to relax and have fun. It truly felt like a home away from home, thanks to Marlene’s care and attention. We’re so grateful and would definitely love to come back!

Great Stay at Fun in the Sun

We came to Wilmington for my niece's wedding. Our group was 10 adults and one 1 year old. This house worked great for us! The location is wonderful! We all loved relaxing by the pool. The house is exactly as pictured and described. Very quiet neighborhood. The owner, Marlane, was quick to respond to all forms of communication. The only suggestion I have is it would be nice if there was a high chair. We would definitely stay at Fun in the Sun again should we return to Wilmington!
