.2 miles from the Starsmore Discovery Center and plenty of fun hiking trails, 1.0 mile from the Broadmoor, 2.2 miles from the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. This cozy three bedroom one bath cottage is filled with windows looking out into beautiful Cheyenne canyon.

*NOW WITH CENTRAL AC*

A large deck provides plenty of room for outdoor meals. Wood burning fireplace in the kitchen provides a cozy place for the family to gather round and cook a meal together. 3 private bedrooms, and a comfortable queen pull out sofa in the living room provides plenty of room for the whole family.

Property has great central heating to keep you warm in the colder months, and newly added central AC for the summer.

We love coming here any time of year to escape into the woods and spend time together as a family. When here, you can find us having family meals on the patio, playing card games around the dining table, or walking into Cheyenne Canon for an afternoon hike.
