Lovely condo!

Very clean and cozy condo! Great proximity to the beach, Publix, and tons of restaurants! The porch is the perfect place to watch the sunset in the evenings!

Needs a little work

1There were two key code locks. Needed to clarify the one on door is correct one to use 2. Need to notify renters that this is upstairs did not know it was an upstairs and thought it was a first floor unit 3. The pull out couch had dirty sheets on it we had to put new sheets on the pull out caps to use 4, found a large screw on the floor 6. Area rug in living room corners are coming up cause trip hazard 7. They were two frying pans or cooking pans dirty left on counters cleaning crew did come in and remove those 8. They were only two drinking glasses plenty of wine and plenty of coffee cups 9. Part of the ceiling in the bathroom above shower is coming off-needs repair

Sea Gem 313

I was happy to get this last minute apartment after my first reservation was not an adequate facility for our short vacation. The Sea Gem was a nice place to stay but we felt we were being watched coming and going. The pool had a NOT OPEN sign after we arrived. Shortly afterward the sign was taken down. However I had no intentions of allowing the kids to get in anyhow. The house was safe and clean. Close to shopping was good. SOME of the local residents were friendly. Somewhat close to the beaches but a nice lake which we did not get to visit.
