When you're not taking advantage of the nearby beach access (located right across Highway 98), be sure to spend some time basking under the home's central AC while you watch your favorite movies and shows on the large flatscreen TV. The full kitchen has all the major and small appliances you need to prepare a delicious meal and the breakfast bar includes three bar stools to enjoy your meals from. Afterward, let the dishwasher knock out all those dirty dishes while you take some friends and a few glasses of wine out to the balcony to enjoy the views. Have a little work to do during your stay? The kitchen features a small work desk with a chair, and the home's high-speed internet and free WiFi make it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time. Spend the day at the beach or take advantage of the community pool and hot tub to relax with friends. When it's time to call it an evening, you'll have two bedrooms to enjoy, one with an en-suite bath and a flatscreen TV. The private, stacked washer and dryer are located right on the balcony, so you can keep everyone's laundry nice and clean during your stay.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
