About this property

Come enjoy the quiet, serene beaches of Okaloosa Island or enjoy a 5 minute boat rid to the world famous Crab Island! With access to use the pool and private boat dock/pier. There is also dock access to allow for pickup/drop off with a boat. Boat ramp access less than a 1/4 mile from the condo. Short walk across the sky bridge to our beautiful beaches on the gulf as well as small private beach on the bay. The Gulfarium or Boardwalk for local shopping, variety of food and entertainment. This elegant 2BD 2BA condo has recently undergone a full renovation. The master bedroom features a queen size bed and a master bathroom with shower/tub combo. The second bedroom includes 2 twin beds attached bathroom with a stand up shower. Take a walk on the boat dock and watch the amazing sun rise or sun set, or go finishing off the pier. Fireworks on Boardwalk and live bands at the neighboring Elks Lodge.
