Before we head inside, let us lure you with the first-class amenities available to guests at the Horizons 4 condo complex. The outdoor pool in the warm Sun Valley summer is a win, the year-round sauna and hot tub always relieves after a day of outdoor adventures, and the games room adds an extra space to socialize, play some ping pong, and meet new friends. Inside, this Horizons 4 condo offers 1,000 sq feet of living space over two levels. The living area is open plan and centered by a full height wood-burning river rock fireplace. Ketchum stay

We just stayed for one night but had a fun 2 days. Location was great - we could walk into town. Main complaint was lack of hot water for showers after a sweaty day. Maienance person was responsive and cane over late but water wasnt really warm until the next morning wgen we needed to leave.

Perfect

This was a comfortable unit. This also had the best stocked kitchen of any place I have ever stayed. It had a large diversity of pots, pans, etc. along with nice dish ware. It was really close to downtown Ketchum and only a couple minutes to Sun Valley village and ice rink. We had an issue with a wasp in the unit when we arrived and the property manager was quick to respond and resolve the issue. The manager was very kind. I am hoping to stay here again for more than a quick weekend trip.

Dated, comfortable and not very clean

Great location. Old property. Kitchen is really beat up. Cabinets had a lot of old food crumbs and garlic husks on the shelves. Very old fixtures in bathrooms. Stained carpets. Beat up and scratched kitchen cabinets. Serious lack of wine glasses and utensils. Comfy couch. Beds acceptable. Linens clean. Plenty of towels. Fridge was clean. Cable TV system is terrible. Resolution from cable box is terrible, very grainy. Spend a few bucks on better service at the rates you charge.

Location great, condo not so much.

Good location just a few blocks from Main/Sun Valley Road. Condo is in pretty poor shape, lots of loose/broken handles, windows difficult to use, beds NOT able to handle teenaged kids. My 16 year old ended up sleeping on the floor because the bunk bed BENT dangerously under his 140 pound weight. We opened the hide-a-bed but it was full of food from a previous stay (popcorn, chips and other) and he said "nope." With a little care and better cleaning, a fine place to stay but when we return to Ketchum, we'll stay elsewhere. It was a bargain though... You get what you pay for usually.

This is a great condo within easy walking distance of downtown Ketchum. The check-in process was very easy. We had absolutely no problems while staying here. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent location and comfortable property

Michael is an excellent host. He lives in the development and is responsive to communications. The unit is comfortable and warm and has all of the entertainment and kitchen basics. It's a short walk to Ketchum and the River Run Lodge. The hot tub is a plus.
