Located in NW Ketchum this upscale 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom is all on one level and this corner condo offers approx.1000 square feet of living area and will sleep up to 4 guests. As you enter the condo there is a hallway that leads to the Master bedroom with a Queen bed, 18-inch flat-screen TV, and mountain Views. The master bath is spacious with a dual sink vanity and a large walk-in shower. Located in the hallway is a stack washer/dryer.

Down a hallway from the front entry is the kitchen, living, and dining areas. The kitchen has granite countertops, hardwood floors, and stainless steel appliances. There are 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living area has a 36-inch flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, sofa sleeper, and views of the mountains. This area also has a dining table that seats 4 and access to the large deck with Mt views, gas grill, table, and chairs for enjoying the outdoors.

You will find the second bedroom off the living area with a Queen bed and access to a hallway bath with a single vanity and sunken bathtub with shower. This condo gets great light with large windows in the living area and bedrooms. Only 5 blocks to town and a short drive to the lifts, this condo is conveniently located near the bike path as well. There is underground parking for one car and overflow parking outside the complex.

Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.

Property was excellent! More so than advertised. Check in was very difficult. The printed material we received at the property office along with the keys had typo errors. These errors made it hard to find the correct entrance,. Once found, all was well. Hopefully they will correct the error for future guests. Wonderful weekend!

Great location in Ketchum

We had a great time at this condo in Ketchum. Kitchen had everything we needed although we didn’t cook lol. Comfortable beds great that it had 2 separate areas which was perfect for 2 couples. Easy access to River run lodge for skiing! We would love to come back this summer as it has perfect access to town and wood river bike path, with garage area for storing bikes and also ski locker for storing skis! We had a great time and plan to return!

Enjoyed the deck and the condo had all the amenities that we needed. Tasteful decor and comfy beds. We really enjoyed our stay and will rent when we return. Only issue was the thermostat. Couldn't ever get the heat down past 70 and we are all cold temp sleepers.

Great proximity and amenities, a few issues however…

Overall the condo is stocked and was incredibly clean. The view was amazing of the mountains and we appreciate the proximity to downtown. Issues: (1) AC didn’t work during our stay. The house was 80+ mostly and when we communicated this to the property manager they acknowledged and knew it wasn’t working and didn’t tell us. The repair man came on the last day and spent 5 hours in our space to fix it and still couldn’t… (2) 2nd Ave is the new Main Street during downtown construction. Every 2 minutes a new semi truck or bus stopped in front and used air breaks which was the loudest annoyance. Every. Single. Day. All. Day. Do not consider this place until construction is finished in downtown Ketchum.

The unit is an easy walk to all the bars, restaurants, and the base of the mountain. They all said it was the nicest rental they have ever stayed in and they enjoyed the high-end mountain decor.

This unit was in a great location, as we could walk to everything in town. There is a bus stop right next to the condo (Red route) and it takes you directly to Bald Mountain, a 7-minute ride - very convenient. I recommend the Sawtooth Brewery, which is a 5-minute walk up 6th Street. They have great food and multiple beers on Tap, and a friendly staff. My wife drinks wine and they have that too.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The furnace broke and while suffering a cold condo, we had workmen in the unit for hours fixing the problem. The workmen were very professional and courteous. I wish I could say the same about the property management company. We requested a partial refund for the cold night and haven't heard anything since. In fact, there was barely an apology when we checked out. We are very disappointed in the service we received.
