We had a wonderfully relaxing time at the villa - which was just what we needed. Tina sent us through lots of helpful suggestions about the local area and our sweet treats towards the end of our stay were very much appreciated. Just a short drive away from Pula and some larger supermarkets but the local supermarket and bakery in the village are about an 8 min walk away and had nearly everything that you may need. Lots of days spent relaxing by the pool until the early evening. The only downside was the bugs! They came out with a vengeance when the sun went over the villa. If you’re sensitive to bug bites, then make sure you pack repellent and bite cream. The house has all of the necessary amenities but I would maybe suggest an update on knives - chopping anything with a blunt knife is not fun. Check in was really easy and Tina was very quick to respond to any of our messages. Overall, a fabulous place for relaxing or using as a base to explore more of Croatia.

Wir hatten einen unglaublich schönen und erholsamen Urlaub in dieser Wohnung. Unsere Kinder und wir haben vor allem den kaum einsehbaren Garten mit Pool gefeiert. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, ideal zum Entspannen, aber alles was man benötigt ist in Laufweite oder innerhalb von wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Super Ferienhaus, für 4 Personen ideal.Super nette Gastgeber. Leider insgesamt viel Ungeziefer. Die gesamte Ausstattung ist sehr modern. Leider fehlt es an einigen Details wie einer großen Bratpfanne, Kochlöffel etc.Insgesamt aber sehr zu empfehlen !

Tolles Ferienhaus am Ortsrand von Vodnjan

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Ortsrand von Vodnjan am Rand eines kleinen Gewerbegebietes. Vom Gewerbegebiet bekommt man allerdings nichts mit - keinerlei Geruchs- oder Lärmbelästigung. Ebenso befindet sich gegenüber ein kleiner Bahnhof, an dem ein paar mal am Tag Züge halten. Aber auch das ist absolut nicht der Rede wert. Alles in allem eine sehr ruhige und idyllische Lage, ab und an kräht mal ein Hahn oder man hört abends mal einen Esel - das war es aber auch schon. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief ausnahmslos per WhatsApp auf englisch. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar. Ihr Vater wohnt nebenan und kümmert sich um den Pool, ab und an lagen Abends frische Eier oder Tomaten auf dem Tisch. Alles war sehr sauber und der Pool war gepflegt. Achtung: der Pool ist ca. 140cm tief und hat keinen Nichtschwimmerbereich. Kleinere Kinder, welche noch nicht schwimmen können, müssen beaufsichtigt werden! Das Haus ist gedämmt und klimatisiert. Es hängt zwar nur eine Klimaanlage im Wohn-/Essbereich, aber das ist absolut ausreichend für die gesamte Wohnfläche. Die Küchenausstattung ist eher spärlich, was wir der Vermieterin auch mitgeteilt haben. Die Spülmaschine hat, wie andere Mieter schon geschrieben haben, ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich. Müsste echt mal erneuert werden... Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt ist das Fehlen einer Beschattung am Pool. Ein Strand-Sonnenschirm für 4 Liegen ist im Sommer in Kroatien leider zu wenig. Unterm Strich hat jedoch alles soweit gepasst. Gerne wieder :-)

Schöner Aufenthalt in Vodnjan

Das Ferienhaus ist ein neuer Anbau an ein bestehendes Haus, aber vollkommen alleine zugänglich und abgetrennt. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war direkt und freundlich. Der Grill vor Ort kann mit Holzkohle oder bereitgestelltem Holz benutzt werden. Klimaanlage war nur im Wohnzimmer, hat aber ausgereicht. Der Pool wurde mehrfach morgens gereinigt während unseres Aufenthaltes. Im Ort sind alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden, teils sogar fußläufig. In der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft kann man Wein- & Olivenöl-Tasting machen.

Schöner Urlaub

Das Haus liegt außerhalb vom stadtcentrum und doch ist alles in der Nähe. Nebenan ist ein Bauernhof - was uns aber nicht störte. Ein paar Katzen wollten auch immer mal gefüttert werden Einige Dinge sollten ausgetauscht werden- der Sonnenschirm hielt nicht mehr und der Geschirrspüler hart schon ein paar Jahre hinter sich - Der Pool ist wunderschön und wurde immer gepflegt und gewartet , das Wasser ist kalt - es wurde immer Frischwasser zugeführt. Auf den Kissen die draußen lagen sonnten sich immer die Srassenkatzen - sie wurden von uns sofort gewaschen und sollten immer mal reingeräumt werden - schön das eine Waschmaschine vor Ort war Wir hatte schöne Tage in der ruhigen Gegend - sehr zu empfehlen. Auch die Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar spricht gut Englisch- Etwas Obst war ein Freundlicher Empfang Leider sonst nix vor Ort - keine Gewürze Usw Kann aber auch an Corona liegen - Naheliegender Weingut ist sehr zu empfehlen und auch das Restaurant vorn an der Straße

Gelungener Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Unterkunft. Es war alles sauber. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt und die Gastgeberin war sehr sehr nett. Alle Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Der Ort ist zwar etwas abgelegen, aber kein Problem wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein Manko ist, dass nebenan ein Bauernhof ist, weswegen es 1-2 mal nicht ganz so angenehm gerochen hat und immer viele Fliegen im Haus waren. Außerdem haben die Nachbarn einen Hund den man öfter Mal gehört hat. Insgesamt hielt sich das aber trotzdem in Grenzen, weswegen es für uns ok war. Die Küche inkl. der Spülmaschine ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ansonsten waren wir aber sehr zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Superb accommodation to recommend

We spent 15 days in the house with 6 people in family. Warm welcome from Tina with a small welcome gift, even during the stay with delicious cakes. The pool is very clean and lit in the evening. The house is spacious and the barbecue is great. The place is in front of the small train station but this is not disturbing. It is the ideal place to visit Istria and Slovenia with little car time. The village of Vodjnan has all necessary stores nearby and good restaurants. Thanks again to Tina for the welcome.
