Beautiful home!

We stayed in August/September 2024 for 2 weeks in this beautiful holiday home. This is located in a place where several holiday homes are located. Pula is 20 minutes away / Rovinj about 30-40 minutes by car. In Fazana there is a very nice narrow pebble beach (water shoes are necessary, however) with a beach bar. The cottage is equipped with everything you need. We were warmly welcomed by the very nice landlords On arrival was a fruit basket and a bottle of apple juice ready for us. The house is modern and brightly furnished. The air conditioning is top.We enjoyed the refreshingly cold pool and outdoor shower on a daily basis, which has the luxury of hot and cold water. Even an air mattress and outdoor toys are provided. We were thrilled that there are mosquito nets on all windows (except in front of the patio door). We have recovered very well and will definitely spend a second time our holidays in this house

Wie waren als Familie im Oktober in der Unterkunft Das Haus ist traumhaft Sauber und ruhige Gegend Direkter Zugang zum Pool, und mit einer schönen Grill Ecke und Terrasse Für Kinder gab es viel im Garten Tischtennis Platte Kleiner Traktor zum trampeln für Kleinkinder ein Spielhaus ein Basketball Korb ein großes Trampolin. Im Haus waren ausdeichend Handtücher vorhanden und was man sonst benötigt Shampoo Duschgel usw Die Betten waren sehr gepflegt und sauber Und die Matratzen sehr bequem , haben unsere eigenen Betten nicht vermisst . Wir waren sehr zufrieden Die Besitzer des Hauses waren super freundlich und schnell erreichbar Haben sich per WhatsApp auch erkundet während des Aufenthaltes ob uns noch was fehlen sollte oder sonstiges ….Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht und kommen sehr gerne wieder Noch nie so freundliche Gastgeber gehabt Noch ein Pluspunkt Unsere Anreise war sonntags wo alle Geschäfte zu waren. Aber im Kühlschrank waren 2 -3 Getränke. Im Tiefkühlfach war Eis Obst Schale war gefüllt und ne Schale mit Snacks war auch bereit gestellt Die Grill Ecke war mit grillkohle und anzünder ausgestattet Sehr zuvorkommend

Schöne Villa

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Villa ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und durchdacht ausgestattet. Sehr nette hilfsbereite Vermieter.

Schönes Ferienhaus in zentraler Lage

Das Ferienhaus liegt im Zentrum von Istrien, etwas abgelegen. Dadurch hat man aber die Möglichkeit an viele Orte und Städte zu gelangen. Bis ans Meer sind es etwa 15 bis 20 min mit dem Auto. Wir haben Porec, Rovinj, Pazin und Pula besucht sowie die Tropfsteinhöhle. Alles innerhalb von 30 bis max. 50 min mit dem Auto. Ansonsten kann man auch viel Zeit mit der Familie im Haus verbringen. Der Pool ist das Highlight und auch sonst ist der Garten sehr groß und bietet viel Fläche zum spielen. Die Terasse lädt abends zum gemeinsamen Essen und zusammen sitzen ein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kommunikation mit den Besitzern war auch jederzeit möglich und es wurde nach unserem Wohl gefragt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super tolles Haus, absolut freundliche Vermieter

Schon bei der Anreise hatten die Besitzer für uns Obst, Eis für die Kinder und Getränke bereit gestellt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist absolut top, man vermisst hier wirklich nichts - Eine Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel, einen Holzkohlegrill mit Anzündern und Kohle, viele gemütliche Details im Haus. Aber auch genauso toll draußen: der Pool ist super, die Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder sind super: Trampolin, Tischtennis, Federball, Basketball, diverse Spiele für den Pool.... Also wirklich an alles gedacht. Zusätzlich möchte ich noch erzählen, dass mir die lieben Vermieter persönlich auch noch viel geholfen haben, denn ich bin leider im Urlaub verunfallt und brauchte einige Arzttermine in Kroatien. Sie haben uns sowohl bei der Organisation von den Terminen geholfen, außerdem haben Sie sich sogar um eine englische Übersetzung meines kroatischen Arztbriefes gekümmert. Ein dickes, dickes Dankeschön!!!

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Das Ferienhaus war ein echter Glücksgriff. Es hat einfach alles gestimmt es war super sauber und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unsere Kinder haben das Trampolin und den Pool geliebt. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Vielen lieben Dank für alles.
