Great place!

Initially, I thought the neighborhood was old and was not sure about how safe it would be. It was in an older neighborhood and next to a small apartment complex. However, we had no issues with anyone in the area and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We even sat outside one evening and weren't bothered at all. The place was comfy, cool, and clean. The sofa was a bit old but was comfy and the place definitely felt clean. We enjoyed staying there and would definitely stay again in the future. It was a plus to have access to a washer and dryer as well as a full fridge and oven/stove/kitchen.

Nice place

Everything about the place and my stay was good. It could definitely use some air conditioning since it took a long time to get cool even with two fans going. Also, when you charge for cleaning, I should not have to take out the trash. When I operated a VRBO, for 10 years in Colorado Springs, I didn't ask my guests to do anything since I charged them to clean. Just saying.

place was a bit dated. older sofa has seen better days, recommend new one. i placed a towel down to sit down on. bed was comfortable if you like a memory firm. bathe towels were clean but new ones would be recommended. neighborhood wasnt the prettiest, quiet at night except a dog barking early morning. for a solo male traveler it served the purpose. thank you
