Perfect Villa!

Villa is spacious, clean and everyone loved their rooms. Great living room space off the kitchen to relax, as well as the back deck. Lots of sunlight. 5 min walk to the beach. Will definitely book here again!

Gérant gentil mais maison non conforme à nos attentes

Nous avons été très déçu,l'annonce indiqué une piscine hors elle était hors d'usage très sale ...le propriétaire m a dit que ce n' était pas là saison ,mais dans ce cas là ça serait bien de l'indiquer dans l'annonce.Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude pendant 48h le propriétaire est venu changer le chauffe eau ( Même si il n y est pour rien c était très inconfortable ) De plus le frigo étant a 20degres nous avons perdu une bonne partie de nos denrées alimentaires.La maison était très sale (frigo, couette etc) elle est partie contre idéalement placé,le propriétaire nous a fait un virement de 200 pour compenser la gêne occasionnée mais cela n'empêche que notre séjour a été gâché par une annonce mensongère.frigo

Estancia en invierno

Es la segunda vez que vamos a esta casa. En este caso han reformado la zona exterior y tiene piscina, (que no utilizamos al ser diciembre) aunque está muy descuidado.La casa es grande, bien climatizada y cuidada. El único problema las puertas de los baños, el de abajo no lo pudimos utilizar porque se rompió el muelle de la puerta y el de arriba no cerraba bien.En general, es una muy buena casa, que ojalá podamos reservarla de nuevo, esta vez en verano.

maison avec beaucoup de potentiel ..mais qui a besoin de faire quelques remises a jour les deux wc ne ferment pas .. le proprietaire devrait y sejourner pour se rendre compte exteriieur egalement demanderait un peu d entretien.. il s agit d une piscine hors d eau et pas jacuzzi dommage tres belle maison bien situee

Super séjour au coeur de Valras

Maison idéalement située, très agréable pour tout faire à pied (plage, commerces...), avec également un emplacement pour une voiture : le top ! Les chambres à l'étage sont spacieuses, ainsi que les deux salles de bain (une avec douche et l'autre avec baignoire). En RDC, une grande cuisine et un grand salon avec tout les équipements nécessaires. Une terrain équipée et une piscine. En gros tout est conforme à l'annonce. J'ai mis que 3 étoiles pour la propreté, les anciens locataires devaient etre irrespectueux et le temps pour l'entretien par le proprietaire était trop court.

Grundsätzlich muss man sagen, das alles genauso ist wie in der Anzeige beschrieben….. ABER: • Es war leider nicht gereinigt bei Ankunft. Alle Oberflächen dreckig/verschmiert. Lebensmittel im Backofen, Spülmaschine nicht leer, Kühlschrank nicht gereinigt, Toiletten unsauber. • Bauabfälle im Vorgarten, Terrasse am Pool ok , dahinter Bau und Materiallager. Gasgrill vorhanden aber für uns nicht nutzbar(dreckig/verrostet). • Betten und Matratzen vorhanden aber haben ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich. Ebenso die Sofas im EG. • Spülung Toilette im 1. OG defekt, Fenster im EG(Küche) abgeschlossen und nicht zu öffnen. Alles leider sehr abgewohnt und müsste mal erneuert werden. Schade aber wir würden es nicht mehr buchen.
