Decent

There was lots of construction on the building happening during our stay - hopefully that will be wrapped up soon. Sound insulation seemed decent, though - we could hear the upstairs neighbor walking sometimes, but never heard someone else's TV, music, talking, etc. We were a little surprised at the lack of laundry detergent, dish soap (only one tiny travel packet?), no salt & pepper, no beach gear (other places we've stayed have had beach towels, chairs, etc.). People who book a VRBO are probably planning to use the kitchen, but don't want to buy every necessity; having some basics would be good. The ocean is just a block away, but no real view of it from this location. There is a very long stretch of open, undeveloped beach nearby, which is great.
