Custom cabin in Dahlonega, a Hallmark town, sleeps up to 20 people! Beautiful craftsman home with salt water pool (heated at an additional nightly fee) bordering the National Forest. Grade 5 ATV trail less than 5 min from home. Beautiful setting, comfortable living and spectacular views. Books ahead for the holiday season. Book today!
ALL events must be disclosed and preapprove de before booking. Additional event fees are charged based on size and type of event.
Home is fully stocked and ready for groups large and small. The home has plenty of living space, lounging areas and over 10 acres of wooded privacy to keep the whole group entertained.
Guest will be provided key pad access and alarm codes one week prior to arrival.
As the hosts, we are available by phone, text and email 24/7.

The home has ample parking for large groups. Parking along the front of the house and driveway. Parking is not allowed on grass areas around the main home. No other public parking is available.
Guests will require a vehicle to get around as the home is an 8 minute drive to the town square of Dahlonega. Once in town, the entire village is accessible on foot.
Uber and other ride share services are available, but not as reliable as having a vehicle.
The driveway is one lane, curvy and uphill (it’s in the mountains).
Salt water pool! Bring your ATVs for amazing trail rides in the National forest. Horse riding options nearby. Plenty of shopping and eateries in the Hallmark town of Dahlonega. Bring family, friends and enjoy luxury mountain living in the Smokies. 1.5 hour from Atlanta metro.

Family Reunion

Great property! We came to Dahlonega for a family reunion. Some family lives in Dahlonega while others from CA, NY, CT, NJ, needed housing. This was a perfect house for multiple families in different stages of their lives. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. The property manager is awesome!!! Friendly and very helpful!!!! Only things that could improve is the number of towels, one towel for each person means wash is definitely getting done during your stay. And check in time, if the house is available earlier than 4pm why not let check in be earlier. Especially when families traveling quite a distance. Wonderful experience!!!

Beautiful home and property, perfect place to spend time as a family. We loved the pool.

Plenty of room to gather and room to spread out. Lovely porch. Easy to book and the property manager was easy to contact for questions. Always responded quickly. Highly recommend

Great vacation

We stayed in June of 2021 and we were so impressed with your beautiful house and it’s surroundings. The house is very welcoming and spacious inside and out. The scenic view is spectacular, specially at sunrise and sunset. We are grateful for opening up your home to us and allowing our family vacation to begin on such a great note.

True to Photos

We rented the Hallmark Cabin with several other families from July 5-9, 2021, and found the property to be true to the photos and description in the listing. While the finishes and fixtures throughout are rather dated, the overall design and decor are charming and fit the secluded mountain cabin theme for our trip. Located at the top of a steep, winding road, the property provided the exact amount of both indoor and outdoor space and the level of privacy that our city-dwelling crew had been craving. We found the home amply stocked with dining and cookware, along with bed and bathroom linens and a few thoughtful amenities. The pool was a hit with young and old alike, and the mountain views created a stunning backdrop for gathering and fellowship. We did take note of some issues with the home throughout our stay, which we perceive to be fully resolvable, so we addressed them directly with the management company and anticipate that — based on their consistent and timely responsiveness to guest questions and feedback — those issues will not likely affect future guests. However, for intense allergy sufferers, it might behoove you to inquire about the property’s most recent deep/spring cleaning prior to locking in your stay. Overall, we are grateful for the safe, comfortable and relaxing accommodations. Thank you!

Dabarkads 2k21

June 20 to June 26, 2021 After a long drive from Orlando, Florida, it was exhilarating to arrive into this beautiful place. The house was a perfect size to accommodate 4 families = 15 guests. It was a place that allowed us to relax, move around freely and kept us entertained as we built memories to treasure. Outdoor activities were in close proximity, giving us the opportunity to optimize our stay without having to rush. It was indeed a great time away from home. The owner of the house was very welcoming and responded promptly to our needs. Given the chance, we would surely come back to this rental vacation home. We highly recommend this place.
