Pros:The property was nice and in a good location, enough parking, had everything we needed, access to laundry was helpful since it rained the whole time we were there. Cons: Was not aware 4th bedroom was separate and was only accessible by going outside. (It is a nice area though)We didn’t get to use the pool because of the rain (obviously not property’s fault) but it is much smaller than it looks like in the pictures. Wish the main living room was a little bigger and had more places to sit. Lastly the 3rd bedroom in the basement, the bedroom was fine, the stairs going down are pretty steep and it’s literally a door and straight to the stairs, no platform before. (There is a sign on the door that says watch your step) make sure and not have too many drinks if you’re using that bedroom haha (also no restroom down there) But overall very nice and clean and enough room for the whole family.

We enjoyed the stay but there were ants on hot tub deck and pool side. Patio had a lot of debris that could have been blow off and could not find extra paper goods. House was very nice minus those few things. Thanks again

Great house and the added garage apartment was perfect! Excellent communication from the host and the fresh bakery items waiting for us on the island was a thoughtful and yummy touch! Super close to Main Street and Luckenbach and all the fun places to go. Highly recommend!

Fun place to stay in Fredericksburg

Super cute and quaint, very unique and a perfect getaway for us to celebrate a birthday girls trip! Property owner is very conscientious, kitchen is well stocked, cookies from a local bakery upon arrival (who does that!!), beds are sooo comfortable - we had a great stay!

Family Trip

The property was very nice and enough space for all the family. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and even made s’mores in the fire pit. We would definitely stay in this home again. I would recommend this home if you are visiting Fredericksburg.

Cozy home, had all the necessities and was clean and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable. Backyard was so cute! Plenty of room for family of 8 & 2 small kids to roam and play. Hot tub was awesome! Literally 5 minutes from Main Street by car but also had bikes for use. Geneva was a great host. Would most definitely recommend this home to others and would book again! Amazing Spot in Fredericksburg!

What an amazing place to stay for a weekend!! The amenities themselves were incredible— this house has it all. Extremely comfortable beds, it felt very clean. The hot tub was an amazing touch too— we all enjoyed this place!!
