Die Wohnung war in einem sehr guten Zustand,gute Ausstattung über den Standard hinaus,sehr freundliche u. hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Stadt, Strand u. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle in 5 min. fußläufig gut zu erreichen.
