Second time staying here so we knew we would have a wonderful time. Great location, clean and spacious with very comfortable furniture. We slept well and enjoyed having so much room to spread out. Thanks for another great trip!

We had a great trip at this spacious condo in OCNJ! The place was very clean and looked just as described. It was a 5 min walk to beach/boardwalk. We had a wonderful time!

Jeff was incredibly responsive and flexible when extenuating circumstances beyond anyone’s control came up. I am so appreciative of his willingness to work with us, answer any questions we had, and address our concerns. The house is well laid out, comfortable, and in a great location.

Place was amazing. Extremely close proximity to the beach and to the main street with all the shops - like smack in the middle. Extremely clean. Very spacious. 8 of us (2 families - 4 adults - 4 boys). Each family took their own full bathroom. Host was extremely responsive. There was a deck with nice outside seating area and a place for beach stuff (and they had also their own beach chairs). Very roomy in kitchen, dining, and living room area. 2 parking spots - 1 right there. Host had parking permit for 2nd vehicle down the street. No need for car or driving with everything in walking distance. Came with 10 beach tags. We used the stairs - but there is an elevator. Probably been to Ocean City 7 or 8 times and stayed at a ton of nice places - but this has to be the best place that I’ve stayed at. Definitely bookmarking this to stay again.

Wuick trip to OCNJ

Great location in OCNJ. We were within walking distance to everything (beach, boardwalk, shopping on Asbury and restaurants). Host was always quick to answer questions, provided easy to follow check in instructions, and the condo had everything you could need including elevator. I would definitely stay again.

One of the best!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely place over the weekend. Even the not so great weather didn’t put a damper on our spirits! The place is huge, quiet and clean. It was very close to the shops on Asbury and not that far from the boardwalk. Loved having the elevator to bring all of our stuff in and always appreciate keyless entry. All of the furniture was comfortable, and the place is nicely decorated. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

Extremely well equipped and managed, good proximity to beach, boardwalk and downtown shopping. Just a little noisy in the neighborhood and limited TV channels

The limited channels was a complete oversight on my end. We have since rectified this situation by upgrading the cable package from 30+ channels to 130+ channels. Thanks for the feedback on the neighborhood noise, if we get more feedback on this I will update the listing to make future guests more aware of potential noise issues.

Jeff was very attentive and helpful when we couldn't figure out how to watch the World Series. He also responded promptly to any questions we had.We liked being in town and having clise proximity to shops and restaurants.
