NO PETS / NO SMOKING / NO GARAGE ACCESS — loss of deposit and additional fees will apply if pets or smoking is to occur. This is a family home — not a party house but a clean family friendly home to relax and enjoy Lake Havasu City, AZ.

Amazing time

The house was clean and perfect. The check in and communication with the owner was great and he was easy to reach at any time. Will be staying here again.

Simple, clean, and functional

Great communication with the homeowner. The house was very clean and new. Sleeping arrangements were perfect, kitchen was well stocked with amenities, and parking was plenty for us. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, you can back a boat into the rocks of the front yard with some finesse to turn it around in the cul-de-sac. Then there are 3 parking spots in the driveway. The master bed was very firm, which was ok for me. The yard is undeveloped with no seating or tables, but there was a bbq (we didn't use it though). I would gladly stay here again unless I wanted a pool.
