Island in the Stream 2 Bedrooms + Loft

Sail away to paradise, only 50 nautical miles from the coast of Miami/Fort Lauderdale - an easy 20 minute plane ride or 2 hour power boat journey. Relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the island. Our townhome overlooks the marina and is a few steps away from the warm clear waters of the Gulf Stream and the infinity pool. You can relax at the pool and Tiki Bar or take a dip in the ocean. For the more adventurous, you can snorkel/dive with dolphins, sharks, sting rays and fish for delicious fresh Wahoo, Tuna, or Snapper.
Attractively furnished townhome with two bedrooms and a loft. There are 2 bedrooms on the entry level, each with an on suite bathroom and a queen size bed. The sliding doors off the Master Bedroom open out to the marina with a sitting area and easy access to a slip. The kitchen, dining area and living room are located on the 2nd level. The sliding doors open to a balcony overlooking the marina. There you will find an table that seats 8. The loft on the 3rd level has 2 queen beds with access to a full bath on the 2nd level.
The kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, coffee maker, Cusinart pots and pans, and place settings for 8.

The Petit Conch is open seasonally and offers breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The island is predominately a cash-based economy, USD and Bahamian Dollars are accepted at par. There is an ATM on the North Island.

A small grocery and liquor store is a 10 minute walk and the ferry is an additional 5 minute walk from the resort . The ferry is $3/pp each way.
Secure Wi-Fi, Flat screen TV with DVD and CD players, non-smoking and no pets.

The Cleaning Service is $150, please leave cash for the housekeeper (envelopes are provided) alternatively you may pay at the office, but they will charge you an additional service fee.

At check-in you will be charged a $50 service fee and the VAT Tax , which are not included in the rates.

If the National Weather Service issue a Tropical Storm Warning or Watch for South Florida and/or Bimini we will waive the cancellation fees and either refund your reservation or apply it to available days.
