A perfect location for exploring Ellicottville. Walking distance to good restaurants and shops. Beds were very comfy. Street noise is loud so I'd recommend earplugs or white noise to block it out. Otherwise a wonderful stay!

It was fun staying in an historic hotel converted. The apartment was great for our needs. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen adequately equipped. We loved being in the center of town and convenient to so many places.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay, this location is ideal for visiting shops and restaurants. The window seat was lovely to sit and watch the snowfall and the hustle and bustle of Ellicotville. Plenty of space for our family of 4 to feel comfortable and have access to everything we needed!

Beautiful Fall getaway! Brought an out of state friend and we both enjoyed the town and surrounding area very much. Condo was convenient to shopping, foods and entertainment, very comfortable and clean. Great communication with our host. Wonderful place to stay! Very close to all ski areas as well if you come in the winter. Highly recommend!

Love this place & location

The owners were so responsive, especially when we had to change dates due to weather and work travel. We love staying downtown where you can walk to restaurants and shops, but are still a quick drive to the hill. It also was icing on the cake that the ski conditions were phenomenal!
