Your holiday house
Your holiday house consists of 3 floors, 7 rooms (from which 6 bedrooms), is 160 sqm and can accommodate up to 14 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating. In winter, heated with fireplace (heating in all 6 rooms). The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Eat-in kitchen with fireplace, lounge, dinette, TV and SMART TV. The dinette offers space for 14 persons. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with electric cooker (4 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine. Bathroom with shower and WC.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 4 single beds. 3 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed.
Upper floor: 2 bathrooms each with bathtub and WC.
Top floor: Attic not heatable and with lounge.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and baby bed. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Černá v Pošumaví, 700 m above sea level. The holiday home is situated on a 300 sqm enclosed garden property with a lawn. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The property is located in the well-known holiday resort. For occupancy up to 8 people, 4 bedrooms are available. For occupancy up to 10 people, 5 bedrooms are available. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) in the garage and on the property.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to mid-September, can be heated, diameter 3.6 m, 1 m deep).
