About this property

Amazing home in Montbrison Sur Lez

This magnificent vacation home with private pool is located in a beautiful stone house in the countryside and very quiet in the beautiful region of Drôme des Collines. It is close to Nyons and Vaison-la-Romaine, on the border with the Vaucluse.

It has a very large private pool and enjoys a generous nature at the foot of the Lance mountain, just a few kilometers from the pretty village of Valréas.

The living areas are located on the second floor, which is accessed by an external staircase with wooden beams and light colors,. Each of the 3 beautiful bedrooms has its own bathroom, one of which has a bathtub and 2 separate toilets. You will enjoy a large panoramic terrace overlooking the magnificent land planted with fruit trees in the heart of the lavender fields and vineyards of the owners. Delightful property, well equipped with everything you could wish for.

A peaceful quiet location but close to Valréas for supermarkets and Nyons for Provençal market. Perfect for exploring Drome Provençal;one of France’s best kept secrets! The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The swimming pool was very clean well maintained and located in a lovely walled garden with plenty of shade and sun loungers.
