Our cottage is a 4 min walk to the beach where you can enjoy the breathtaking sunsets. This cottage offers 3 spacious bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, open concept living space with a fully equipped kitchen and a large deck surrounded by towering trees. The fire pit in the backyard is perfect for making s'mores under the starry sky. For those lazy rainy days, enjoy your meal in the cozy screen room or relax in the sunroom.

Guests are requested to bring your own linen, blankets and toiletries.

This winterized cottage has a furnace, A/C and a wood burning fireplace.

Septic System: Everyone must be aware of the care and maintenance of this system to prevent any unpleasant and expensive issues. Only toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet. Absolutely no sanitary napkins or wipes of any kind should be flushed. The maximum occupancy is based on the capacity of the septic system and therefore no additional guests are allowed.

The poor rating was because of the AC that didn't work for part of the time during a very hot week. The host didn't know what to do about it but I found the problem and got it going. Inside the house it was 32C by that time. The house has a TV but it wasn't working. I had to watch the soccer game in a bar with my two small children. I knew the house did not come with a washer and dryer for us to use. Our next rental will have this amenity.

We did address your AC issue within an hour and it was working fine for the rest of your stay. The TV was working but it didn’t have the channels you wanted unfortunately. This was already discussed before your arrival.
