The owner occasionally stays in the rear part of the property to maintain the pool or clear snow.

Bedroom 12 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at sleeping chair. Bedroom 16 sqm and with 3 single beds and 1 additional bed at bunk bed (upstairs). Cooking nook as intersecting room, 12 sqm and with dinette, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 1 board), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 16 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
Top floor: Living room as intersecting room, 20 sqm and with fireplace, lounge, TV and DVD. You have access to the 10 sqm, covered balcony with garden furniture, 1 table and 6 chairs. Bedroom 16 sqm and with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 baby bed. Bedroom 12 sqm and with 1 single bed and 1 additional bed at sleeping accommodation and DVD. Cooking nook as intersecting room, 16 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom 16 sqm and with shower, 2 washbasin, window and washing machine. Hroznětín, 500 m a.s.l. The holiday house is located on a 2000 sqm large, enclosed garden property with meadow, flowers, and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The accommodation is only suitable for families with children, youth groups are prohibited. Always order bed linen with your booking. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking on the street in front of the house.
