The entrance is im Erdgeschoss and leads directly in the hallway with wardrobe and doors to all rooms. Computer in the corridor. The rooms are divided as follows:
Souterrain: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed and TV. Kitchen with dinette, TV, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Rabenau, district of Obernaundorf, 327 m above sea level. The holiday flat is located on a 560 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally. Smoking is permitted in front of the house (covered) and on the terrace. View of countryside/meadows. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 30 m). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
