The Space:

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this studio, ideally located a stone's throw from the Opéra Garnier! Perfectly furnished, it can accommodate two people.



IMPORTANT: Renovation works are currently ongoing in the building’s common areas. These works are beyond our control and are not our responsibility. By booking this property, you acknowledge and accept this situation. No complaints or compensation requests related to this matter will be accepted.



The studio includes:

• A living space: a convertible double bed (140 × 200 cm), Smart television, storage and unlimited Wi-Fi access.

• An open kitchen equipped with microwave, hotplates, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.

• A bathroom: includes a shower, toilet, hairdryer, soap and shampoo.

Sheets, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.

The studio also has laundry facilities: iron, ironing board and drying rack.

You will have access to the entire apartment, ensuring a completely independent and comfortable stay.

The Neighborhood:

You will be staying in a central and lively district of the 10th arrondissement, between the Gares du Nord and de l'Est, perfect for discovering Paris on foot while enjoying dynamic local life. A few minutes' walk away, you can enjoy a coffee or brunch at popular addresses such as Ten Belles or Fragments, and lunch or dinner in renowned restaurants such as Chez Michel or Le Verre Volé, known for their inventive cuisine and friendly atmosphere. For your daily shopping, several supermarkets and local shops are within walking distance, such as Franprix, Monoprix, bakeries and greengrocers for fresh bread, fruit, wine and local products. The district also offers many typically Parisian terraces and cafés where you can stroll and enjoy Parisian life.



The must-see attractions of Paris are within walking distance: the Canal Saint-Martin is about 5 minutes away on foot for pleasant walks, while emblematic sites like the Louvre or the Marais are easily accessible by metro. Getting Around:

This central Paris address is extremely well-connected by public transport. The nearest metro stations (all within ~2–10 min walk) include:

Bonne Nouvelle – Lines 8 & 9 – ~2 min walk.

Poissonnière – Line 7 – ~5–7 min walk.

Château d’Eau – Line 4 – ~8–10 min walk.

Sentier, Cadet, and Strasbourg - Saint-Denis are also easy walking options for other connections.



From Major Train Stations

Gare de l'Est – ~10 min walk. From here you can take Metro Line 4 or 7 to reach around the city quickly.

Gare du Nord – ~12–15 min walk or a short metro ride (Line 4 to Château d’Eau / Line 7 to Poissonnière), making this ideal if you arrive on long-distance trains (Eurostar, TGV, Thalys, etc.).



From the Airports

Paris–Charles de Gaulle (CDG)

Take the RER B train from CDG to Châtelet-Les Halles, then transfer to Metro Line 4 toward Porte de Clignancourt to Château d’Eau (or Line 7 to Poissonnière/Bonne Nouvelle) to reach Rue d’Hauteville.

(Total ~45–60 min depending on transfer times.)



Paris–Orly (ORY)

Take the Orlyval + RER B into central Paris (to Antony → Châtelet-Les Halles), then transfer to Metro Line 4 or 7 as above.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time starts from 2:00 pm.

For early arrivals or late departures, please confirm availability 24 hours in advance. Additional charges may apply.



Deposit Requirement

To access the property, a deposit of €150 is required. This must be paid online via credit card through SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days after departure, provided there are no damages.



Additional fees

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines

Respect the peace and quiet of our neighbors; excessive noise may result in deductions from your deposit.

Please be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for any construction within the building.



Internet Access

Enjoy unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, but kindly refrain from unauthorized online activities. We cannot be held responsible for connection malfunctions.



The minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult meeting the age requirement. Failure to comply will result in refusal of stay with no refund.
