The entrance is im Erdgeschoss and ground level and leads directly in the living room/bedroom. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom with 1 double bed, fireplace, TV, DVD, radio and CD. Cooking nook with dinette, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 2 persons. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Ummanz, district Lieschow. The studio is located on a 200 sqm open garden plot with lawn, flowers, and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday property consists of a house in bungalow style. RUE NOW 015 (6 people) is located in one half of the house and in the other half are the holiday apartments RUE NOW 020 (2 people) and RUE NOW 024 (4 people). Each unit has its own separate garden area with its own terrace. The landlords live across the street. The Lieschow peninsula is located in the "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft" National Park just before the island of Ummanz and offers untouched nature. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
