This beautiful two-storey vacation home is located directly on the water and only 100 m from the nearest sandy beach with jetty.



The house was built in 2005 and has a bright and modern Scandinavian interior, which is further emphasized by the beautiful light from the large windows. The house is well set up for a family vacation as there are three bedrooms. In the living room there is a large open, well-equipped kitchen from which you can enjoy the beautiful view and the sunset. To the west, you have a 180-degree view of the Little Belt, Jutland and Baagø from the house. On the other side you look over the market town of Assens and its harbor.



The house is located near the 800-year-old charming market and seafaring town of Assens, an oasis of tranquility with cobblestone streets, idyllic half-timbered houses and farms. From the house, located by the cozy marina, it's just a short walk along the harbor to the center of Assens, which offers exciting galleries, museums, collections and good specialty stores.



Assens is surrounded by beautiful countryside with fields and forests and magnificent views of the Little Belt and offers many unique nature experiences, sights and activities. 15 km southeast of Assens is the Helnæs peninsula, known for its unique, unspoiled nature, clear water and beautiful beaches.



10 km north of Assens is Sandager Næs, an ideal destination for those who want to fish, hike, bike or just enjoy nature in the peaceful surroundings. Sail by ferry to the small, picturesque island of Baagø, which is a nearby destination for a day trip. Or how about one of the popular railbikes with room for three to four people?



With a coastline of 90 km, Vestfyn is an El Dorado for water sports enthusiasts and others with a penchant for swimming, windsurfing, diving and sailing.
