Roman Cottage on Intermediate Lake

This cozy, clean cottage sleeps four. It has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living area and one bath with a shower. This cottage share 65 ft. of Intermediate Lake sandy beach frontage with one other cottage. The cottage is located approximately 125 feet from the beach. There is a dock where you can swim, fish and moor your watercraft. There is a play structure right out the door of the cottage available for your use as well as a firepit by the lake (with firewood provided). The cottage is two miles south of the Village of Central Lake and eight miles north of Bellaire on the west side of Intermediate Lake. Intermediate Lake is a 1,520 acre all-sports lake. The southern-most lake in the Chain-of-Lakes in Antrim County, Michigan. It is a great lake for boating, swimming, fishing and all water sports. You supply your own linens for one queen bed and two twin beds. The cottage is located less than 15 minutes from Lake Michigan, 45 minutes from Charlevoix and 1 hour from Traverse City. It is close to lots of choice golf courses, many fine restaurants, Short's Brewing, Mammoth Distilling, Bachmann's Store and trails for hiking and biking and rivers for canoeing.

Great location for a week stay. Documentation is the house regarding check-in and security is needed to ensure agency and renter are on the same page.Lake front requires meandering around another cottage which the custom hand drawn map made it reasonable to navigate. The quaintness of the property adds to the charm of a vintage summer lake cottage.

Nice little cottage. One queen bed and two twin beds you supply sheets. You also supply your own towels and toilet paper. The home owners were in the main cottage and were very nice! Lake views were beautiful we didnt use the kayaks or paddle boat that was supplied. Torch lake was very close and other sights were not far either. The wood for the fire ring is also supplied. There is a nice gas grill we used for a supper with propane provided. Papa Ks pizza in Belaire is close and their cherry chicken pizza was amazing along with their 4 cheese bread.

This property was perfect exactly what they advertised. Very clean basic essential items needed and the owner was very kind and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!
