The cabin looks brand new and is immaculate and lovely inside and out. It is situated next to a larger cabin and a camping area. The cabins look out over a sandy grass lawn and a view of Thayer Lake — beautiful and peaceful. The beds and sofas are comfortable. An extra surface is provided in the kitchenette. The hosts were prompt, helpful, and friendly in every interaction. (If you have difficulty walking and carrying things, it’s important to note that the parking is not adjacent to this cabin; it is necessary to carry your luggage, etc., from the parking area and walk past the larger cabin to get there.)

Aside from the peaceful cozy atmosphere the host provided, for me it was the lack of mosquitoes and flies! I was so pleased this area didn’t have bugs I’m use to in northern Mi!
