Guests enjoy two bathrooms, including one with a relaxing bathtub. The cozy living room offers a comfy sofa bed, perfect for extra guests or a quiet night in. Heating and AC keep the cottage comfortable year-round. Generac generator for Michigan's unpredictable weather. Kick back, relax, and enjoy everything Bellaire and our terrific cottage has to offer.
Offered in the rental: Kitchen: Gas stove, oven, microwave, and fridge. Fully stocked with pots/pans, plates, glasses, utensils, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, and crockpot.

Bathrooms: The main level bathroom has a tub/shower combo and the upstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower. Each bathroom has a hairdryer.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
BEDDING: For any beds used during your stay, remove all sheets, pillowcases and place them on top of bed TOWELS: Place all used towels&throw blankets in laundry basket located in the bedroom closets
DISHES:Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start dishwasher TRASH:Empty fridge, remove K-Cups/coffee filters, place all trash in bin by the garage and place at the end of the driveway
LIGHTS & AC:Turn off all lights and set the temperature to 70 degrees WINDOWS & DOORS: Make sure all windows, doors, and sliders are closed and locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
