Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn all thermostats to approx 62 degrees and turn fireplaces off. Make sure breaker is off for sauna.
Make sure all doors are locked including glass sliders.
Extinguish fire pit if used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The Bellaire area is breathtaking all year round. In the summer, enjoy lush, green trees, rolling hills and gorgeous lakes and rivers. The fall colors are incredibly bright and vibrant and the large amount of snow that falls in the winter makes the area look beautiful and makes it ideal for winter sports.
What makes this property unique
This property is perfect if you want to unwind and feel right at home. It's great for a larger group. or a small family. You won't have to worry about much because we've tried to include everything you need. There is a pack & play with bassinet and bedding and dishes for the little ones. Plenty of beach towels, toiletries and bedding, coffee, tea and kitchen essentials and games and toys for all ages.
The surrounding area offers so much to do. There is swimming, boating, skiing, tubing and shopping within minutes. There are also excursions a little further like Traverse City, Lake Charlevoix, Mackinac Island and Sleeping Bear Dunes. We will have detailed information at the house to help you choose your adventure.
