Recently, our place has gone through a very nice upgrade. New vinyl plank flooring in common area's; fresh paint in common area's; new bathroom faucets and shower heads; upgraded kitchen sink and faucet, and (4) new high-sitting toilets. Plus, all NEW MATRESSES/BEDDING, NEW AIR CONDITIONERS, NEW WASHER DRYER.
This large condo has everything you need for a perfect getaway. Sleeps 10 with 3 bedrooms, one in the upstairs loft with a king bed/on-suite & sauna, and two bedrooms downstairs with 2 queen beds in one bedroom and queen and double in other bedroom. Both downstairs bedrooms have full baths. We are located in the ideal village setting, literally steps away. The village features (2)restaurants, pub, all just 50 yards away. Lake View Lodge is 100 yards away with indoor/outdoor pool (passes included), fitness room (extra cost), restaurant, and more! The condo has all the amenities including full kitchen w percolator coffee maker, dining room, leather furniture, outdoor main deck, decks off bedrooms, cable, 49" smart TV, and sauna in the loft. Our condo also overlooks the 18th hole at the award-winning Legends Golf Course!
Also included are passes for the Private Beach Club, a beautiful waterfront location to relax and enjoy the lake.

It was okay

The property was in a great location, but pretty outdated compared to other condos in the same area. The cleanliness of the place was just, okay. I had to rewash all of the bedding as it had a smell to it and overall did not appear to be cleaned. We had a great time on our family vacation, but would stay somewhere else next time.

Great Weekend Getaway

Loved this condo! It was super close to ski at summit. The condo was clean and cozy! We had 8 adults and it fit us all perfectly! The owner was very nice and helpful. Would recommend this condo to others, and we will definitely be back!!

Spacious, Clean and the perfect weekend getaway

We LOVED staying here. The grounds are beautiful and there is a lot to do without even leaving the property. The home itself was really lovely. It's bright and sunny, as well as clean and spacious. We didn't have a large group, but it's big enough to house a group comfortably. Their COVID regulations made us feel extra safe. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect ski trip condo!

This is our second time staying at Mike's place and it was just as great as we remembered. We had a group of three adults, two 12 years old kids, and two dogs and the space was more than adequate for the crowd. Mike is a great guy to talk with and always responds quickly to any questions. We'll definitely be back next year.

Very comfortable place

We had three generations staying very comfortable at the condo. While we did have our signals crossed at times, Mike was always very responsive and we ended up resolving any issues. The kids too full advantage of the indoor and outdoor pools!

A great condo for family weekend

This was a great condo to stay in with our family. Two large bedrooms on the main floor and a very large loft bedroom, each with their own bathrooms. The owner, Mike, was very accessible to any questions we had during our stay, responding within minutes. Our grandkids enjoyed swimming at the nearby indoor pool. The kitchen was pretty well stocked but could be cleaner. Overall, we loved staying in this condo and would love to stay there again!

Excellent Memorial Day/Covid-19 Getaway

The condo was great with plenty of room for our group of 7 and our dog. There was even a new flat screen TV above the fireplace with cable that wasn’t in the pictures. That was a nice bonus. The property owner Mike was the best. Easy accommodations and great communication. The condo was in the perfect location for us to play golf, visit Torch lake for a day, and lake Michigan for another day. Affordable, very clean, and all the amenities you need for a trip to northern Michigan. We definitely recommend and would stay again.

Nice Up North Location with Great Host

Great 2nd floor condo centrally located within an hour of larger cities (Traverse City, Charlevoix, Petoskey). The condo is in good condition and all the beds/pillows are very comfortable. Some things to help make your stay more comfortable: -bring bug spray for sitting on decks -pack extra coffee filters -put bath mat in tub The owner is a great communicator who responds quickly to requests and is super helpful. I will definitely rent from Mike again when we are up north. Thank you!!

Nice stay and place, but lacking amenities

We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was clean, easy to find, comfortable, and fun. However, when we arrived we were lacking towels for everyone and lacking toilet paper beyond what was on the holder. We requested more several times and never received a response. That was disappointing. Communication can improve in the future as well as ensuring that basic amenities are provided.

Great location: close to many golf courses, Bellaire, lakes, on-site restaurants, trails, indoor and outdoor pools. There were more things to do than we could do in a four day stay!Comfortable beds, nice size kitchen, plenty of bathrooms and adequate seating for meals.
