Lækkert stort sommerhus, godt køkken med alt i køkkengrej, gode funktionelle badeværelser og rummelige soveværelser, eneste minus var sengene, de var meget slidte og man kunne mærke fjedrene. Der var også en del skadedyr (skægkræ). Ellers et godt sommerhus og god beliggenhed, tæt på stranden.
