The newly built 1,780 sf home is a paradise: 
- 3 bed, 2 bath main house with queen beds in each room and a nursery 
- A separate bright back studio with a twin trundle bed, a couch, and half bath
- Backyard has a mini golf course, an outdoor patio, a TV, a heat lamp, and a large propane grill
- New sauna and hot tub
- Peloton, yoga mats, resistance bands, 2 bikes, and free weights upon request
- Tons of beach toys including beach chairs, paddle ball, football, frisbee, etc.
- On site washer / dryer and stainless steel appliances throughout

Family-friendly neighborhood that's close to Venice and Santa Monica, and a quick stroll to Mar Vista park, Airport Park, and Grand View Farmer's Market. We're a 3 minute drive to Whole Foods and an 8 minute drive to the beach.
