This vacation house with swimming pool is located in the small village of Kmacici, near Tinjan, an inland village. The house is tastefully furnished in a contemporary style. On the first floor there is a large living room, kitchen and dining room. Through the hallway you can reach the bathroom and a bedroom. To the 1st floor leads an interior staircase, where there are 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom. Spend your time on the enclosed lawn property with pool or on the covered terrace with barbecue. In about 15 minutes drive you can reach the beaches in the resort of Porec.

pluspunten: Zeer rustige omgeving op platteland, zeer ruime woning, mooi zwembad, hygiënisch en goed onderhouden, vriendelijke eigenaars minpunten: grote supermarkt op 20 minuten rijden, auto zeker nodig om u te verplaatsen ; geen rolluiken en verduisteringsgordijnen aanwezig en airco enkel in de living en op de traphal , hierdoor al 's morgens vroeg om 6 uur al volop licht en te warm in de slaapkamers, de grootste slaapkamer op bovenverdieping had bovendien ook geen vliegenraam wat wel wenselijk was met de vele insecten.Algemeen: zeker aan te bevelen voor vakantiegangers die de rust willen opzoeken.
