Individual chalet on 3 floors, access by a few steps. Ground floor: entrance hall, living room-kitchen, separate toilet, shower room, jacuzzi. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 cm with balcony / 1 double bed 160x200 cm with private shower room and balcony / 1 double bed 140x190 cm with balcony), bathroom (bath), separate toilet, relaxation area (sofa bed for 2 people). 2nd floor: children's bedroom of 30 m2 (less than 1.80 m high ceiling) with 4 single beds 90x190 cm). Private parking. Ground. Bed linen and towels included. Beds made on arrival. End of stay cleaning optional. Wellness area with indoor jacuzzi. Possibility of shopping delivery on arrival (see with the owner). Former Savoyard attic renovated into a cozy cocoon conducive to reunions and holidays closer to nature. Located 2.4 km from the slopes in a very quiet area surrounded by nature, very comfortable (all linen is included) with indoor spa. Neat and modern warm decoration. South-west hillside exposed in a preserved natural setting of meadows and forests. Superb panorama. Former Savoyard attic renovated into a cozy cocoon with spa, located 2.3 km from the slopes of Notre Dame de Bellecombe linking Espace Diamant (ski area with 185km of slopes linking Flumet, St Nicolas la Chapelle, Crest-Voland, Hauteluce and Les Saisies), in a peaceful setting conducive to rest and reunion. Cross-country ski trails 2 km or 10 km away, famous Nordic Olympic area of Les Saisies (120km of trails). Many sporting, fun, aerial and outdoor activities, summer and winter, in all the villages of Val d'Arly and Beaufortain. Territory classified as "Country of Art and History". Privileged location, between Savoie and Haute-Savoie, on the famous Route des Grandes Alpes, a prestigious tourist route for motorbikes, cyclists and cars. An ideal address for a reunion stay, disconnection, closer to nature!
